October Dev Update

Happy Halloween everyone! 'Tis quite the spooky month we've all had, and there's no day quite like Halloween. Today, in fact, marks the first of the monthly developer updates that we're going to be doing from now on. What this means is that at the end of every month, I'll be giving a general status update on how things are coming along for Devorar, as well as a recap on this month's progress and our plans going forward.

Within the next one or two months, we'll be exiting the pre-alpha stage and entering early alpha with a brand-new introductory stage play, a new player character, a massive graphical update, and a round of quality-of-life refinements to the game. When we first released the game, we admittingly had a rather rough start, and we made many improvements in that time. But, we're hardly done. We're a long way from a complete 1.0 release of the game, but very soon we take our biggest step yet into what it may very well look like.

Once we enter early alpha, we will steadily be adding more and more content. This means more stageplays, more characters, and a steadily developing narrative for you to sink your teeth into. Our goal is to eventually release the game with a complete story from start to finish. Vore shenanigans aside, we mean a real story. And we hope you'll enjoy it.

Keep on the lookout for further updates! And once again, happy Halloween!
